YOGA BODY | Ashtanga vinyasa yoga practice that caters to your needs and desires.
BODY CHAMP CAMP | 40 minutes of body sculpting and core strength building. We strongly believe in Calisthenics training. Endurance, stamina, to muscle isolation training.
BODY BURN DANCE BOOT CAMP | 20 minutes dance cardio + 20 minutes calisthenics/ resistance training
- ALL students, present and future, are allowed a 5 minute grace period.
- ALL students present and future, are recommended to attend class prepared to move in the proper attire. Absolutely, NO jeans or dress shoes.
- Proper attire: athletic wear , sweat pants , Leggings, Stretch pants, T-shirt, Sneakers or barefoot
